Before joining CE, Xiaolin was a director in JD’s Strategic Investment team, and was responsible for developing and implementing the group strategy of JD via investments and M&A, focusing on investment opportunities in consumer, technology and logistics sectors.

Prior to JD, Xiaolin co-founded and held the title of Head of Business Development at YouJieYouHuan, a China fintech start up company.

Xiaolin started her career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch in 2009, and was an associate in Deutsche Bank’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team between 2011-2014. She was born and raised in China and received a full scholarship to study in Singapore and the US, graduating with a First-Honor Bachelor Degree (Major in Quantitative Finance) from the National University of Singapore.
