Susanne Fromm is Founding Partner of the digital climate-tech VC fund Vanagon Ventures, with portfolio companies such as senken.io (largest marketplace for digitalized carbon certificates) or The Landbanking Group (infrastructure for nature as an asset class). Previously, she was CEO of a publicly listed investment company with over 40 portfolio companies.

The Munich native started her career as a management consultant. After 6 years at Roland Berger, during which she also completed her MBA at INSEAD Business School, she moved to Allianz. There, she was responsible for the design and global roll-out of digitization strategies, made corporate venture capital investments and formed partnerships with BigTech.

Fromm is also the co-founder of a digital assets consultancy and initiated in cooperation with the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management a global education program "ReFi Talents" on frontier technology-enabled green transition
