Yan Reznikov is leading International Tax and Transfer Pricing at Victaulic. Yan has specialized in international tax and transfer pricing since 2004. Before joining Victaulic, he has advised numerous multinational companies across industries and through their business cycles. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions transactions, international tax (PE, WHT, BEPS, etc.), indirect tax (VAT) and transfer pricing planning engagements, designing and implementing transfer pricing policies, assisting corporations with their restructuring transactions and related compliance. Yan’s experience also includes implementation of audit defence strategies and representing corporations before the tax authorities, including Advance Pricing Arrangement (APA) assignments and assisting through the competent authority. Yan has Masters in Tax (Waterloo, Canada) and Masters degree in International Management (Oxford, U.K.).
