Jim is our Chief Executive Officer. After starting his career in financial services, he recognized how overlooked the importance of developing sound financial habits was to long-term financial independence. In 2003, he founded his own firm on this principle, and in 2012, Jim partnered with Dave Caruso to ultimately co-found what is now TimeScale Financial. Jim believes that helping people assert predictability and control over their daily finances to strengthen their financial position is as empowering as it is rewarding. This philosophy is the core of everything that TimeScale Financial does. Away from the office, he enjoys boating, playing basketball, traveling with his family and discovering different cultures, languages and food.
