Kim Kovalski joined MarshBerry in 2021 and provides strategic and operational consulting services to MarshBerry’s client leaders as Managing Director. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry as an executive and private equity investor. Her extensive knowledge and experience driving profitable organic growth, optimizing operations, and business development is instrumental to firms looking to broaden their retirement services and wealth advisory portfolios. In addition to sourcing investment opportunities, leading due diligence, and negotiating deal structure and terms. Kim has held leadership positions as COO and CFO. She has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University and a Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79, and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
