Shauna Mace is the Head of Practice Management for Independent Advisor Solutions by SEI. She's responsible for programs that focus on helping advisors grow their businesses, create efficiencies in their operations, and differentiate their practices. Shauna is a lead contributor to our practice management blog, Practically Speaking, which is designed to help financial advisors achieve their goals with relevant best practices, tools and actionable advice. 

Shauna joined SEI in 2021 after more than 16 years working with financial advisors, asset managers and financial service businesses. Before joining us, she was the founder of Inspire Growth, a consulting and coaching business focused on sales and high-performance best practices for financial advisors. She served in multiple leadership, marketing, and sales roles at FS Investments, where she helped build the firm’s RIA channel. She began her career at an RIA firm in the Philadelphia suburbs. 

Shauna graduated from Villanova University and currently holds the FINRA Series 7. She’s been featured in a number of advisory-focused publications such as “Advisor Perspectives” and “Kitces Nerd’s Eye View,” and is a frequent speaker on industry podcasts and conferences.
