Tom is a VP – Corporate Development for Bluespring Wealth Partners, he is part of the senior leadership team. Responsible for partnering with wealth management firms who are looking for succession planning, selling, and/or a strategic partner to maximize operational efficiency and accelerate growth.

Tom has been in the wealth management industry for over 30 years, the first 10 as an advisor or branch leader of advisor teams, and the last 23 years focused on consulting with RIA’s and advisors on finding their optimal business model, operational efficiency, technology solutions, growth strategies, client segmentation models, pricing, value stack of services offered, all in an effort to provide better client outcomes and business optimization/valuation. He held these executive management roles at Fidelity and BNY Mellon’s Pershing, he also worked with a few Fintech companies in helping them launch their go-to-market growth strategy and liquidity events.

Tom earned his BS in Marketing with a minor in Finance from Arizona State University, holds several professional licenses, and completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves as a Director, Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation, the nation’s largest scholarship program for caddies which has helped over 12,000 outstanding young men and women pay for college and graduate.
