Shelley Pittman is Partner at Advintro and provides advice and outsourced sales services to innovative FinTechs. Shelley focuses on helping FinTechs shorten the sales cycle and scale revenue. She approaches each relationship in a consultative selling fashion and focuses on solving client problems. She also developed and designed a breakthrough digital offering in AWS AI/ML that supported small banks' access to their data during Covid.

Shelley believes the financial services industry is on the cusp of its most extraordinary transformation to improve financial health and education, ESG, consumer trust, and confidence with leading-edge technology.

Previously, Financial Services Partner at Accenture, IBM, and KPMG experienced in implementing complex, large-scale programs with a strong focus on customer success, change management, global people development, and collaboration. Her focus was on digital, modernizing core banking platform ecosystems, and delivering modern technology to solve fortune 100 and FinTech's transformation. Clients included the top 10 banks, eBay/Paypal, and Marcus by Goldman Sachs.

Shelley is an industry-recognized subject matter expert in the core banking industry. She was a judge at the first Banking Tech Awards USA, Fintech Futures, May 2022. She also served in numerous leadership positions including being a past President of Women in Leasing for Equipment Leasing and Asset Financing Association. She has also been responsible for originating this organization and has spoken at many industry meetings.

Education: BS degree in Accounting, Syracuse University, CPA. IBM’s Premier Master Deal Program received certificates from IBM and Wharton Executive School.
