Dr Damian Cotchett joined Noor Bank in early 2018. His role is to lead the customer experience and re-engineering transformation. He works across the organization to develop and implement a purpose-built customer experience strategy and program that results in Noor Bank being the preferred bank of choice in the UAE. Prior to joining Noor Bank Damian performed Executive roles in financial services and the energy industry in customer experience management, transformational change and customer services as well as working with one of Australia’s leading management consulting firms. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology and has extensive experience as a consumer and organizational psychologist.
