Coen ter Wal is Director Technology and Operations at the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME), which represents the wholesale financial markets in Europe. Coen leads AFME’s technology and operations work, including the work on Open Finance. Prior to joining AFME, Coen was the Open Finance lead at the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
