Sarah RatnerHead of Customer Operations at Lendable
Sarah Ratner has headed up Lendable’s customer service & operations department since January 2015, joining the company as its first employee. She is responsible for handling day-to-day customer-facing operations for over 50,000 borrowers in a highly tech-driven business. Prior to joining Lendable, Sarah worked at The Economist as a researcher and project manager. She earned her spurs in customer management in the hospitality sector, working at a Heston Blumenthal restaurant.
