Neesha MathurHead of Behavioral Science and Marketing at Prudential Financial
Neesha Mathur has had several marketing, innovation, and strategy roles over the course of her career. She has been in progressively complex health and financial services industry roles, and completed her masters degree at Indiana University where she studied neuroscience, economics, and communication in a blended degree program. Since 2013, Neesha has been at Prudential where she led a Channel Marketing team before heading in to Pru’s innovation lab to build disruptive concepts to drive exponential growth. Many of Prudential’s new Financial Wellness strategies are born from this work. After, Neesha became Chief Product Owner, working to build and implement the digital product strategy for Prudential’s digital capabilities. She is responsible for the implementation of Prudential’s first direct-to-consumer insurance product, as well as their first developer portal. Most recently, Neesha was tapped to lead Prudential’s Behavioral Science and Marketing organization where she will build and lead teams focused on driving growth through employing behavioral science principles in various channels settings.
