Ankit Bhatt is SVP of Omnichannel experience at U.S. Bank. Ankit has oversight of digital product management, voice product management, user experience design, digital customer acquisition, digital payment product management and digital enablement.
Ankit is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experience and has more than 18 years of experience in the digital customer experience space. Prior to joining U.S. Bank Omnichannel, Ankit was chief operating officer of digital channels and vice president for mobile with E*TRADE financial services in New York. He also was vice president of mobile e-commerce and payments group with JP Morgan Chase and director for AXPi with American Express, both also in New York. Ankit started his career at Citigroup where he was a key leader in starting the Citibank Direct product experience.
