Global Head of Culture and Client Marketing Strategy for UBS Investment Bank. Two separate but connected roles as culture and employee engagement drive the brand and success with clients. In the culture role Annie is responsible for driving the cultural transformation of the Investment Bank from one of a culture of compliance to one of accountability and excellence. In the Client Marketing role Annie manages a team of over 65 people delivering the right client experience through the most appropriate marketing vehicles to drive revenues and brand recognition.
