Wouter is an Associate Partner within McKinsey’s Amsterdam office. He focuses on strategy, sustainability and largescale transformation within the (semi) public sector and has worked with multiple airports and other infrastructure players on these topics. Before working for McKinsey, he worked as political advisor to the deputy prime minister in the Netherlands.
