Odette has over 25 years’ public accounting experience, with 22 years specializing in the alternative investment management industry. She provides audit and assurance services to a diverse client base by serving both emerging and large asset managers, fund administrators and private banks. Odette’s industry experience also includes approximately two years as the Mutual Fund Account Manager for a reputable fund administrator based in the Cayman Islands.

In addition to her Audit & Assurance role, Odette leads the Cayman Islands firm’s Growth and Corporate Responsibility team, and serves on the Board of DCB Holding Ltd., the Deloitte member firm in the Caribbean and Bermuda region.

Odette is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and has authored various industry-focused publications. She is the co-founder of 100 Women in Finance (100WF) Cayman, and is currently a member of 100WF’s Global Council. Odette Co-Chairs the GAIM Ops Cayman conference, the Cayman Islands’ leading investment management operations, compliance and due diligence event. She is a former Board member of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) Cayman and is a former Council Member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA).
