Dave is a Partner at Inceptiv. Inceptiv provides Private Equity and Real Estate Managers with a variety of tailored capital solutions; and investors with atypical exposure to GP economics.

Previously, Dave was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Glendon Capital Management, L.P., a $4+ billion Los Angeles based distressed and special situations manager, where he built out Glendon’s financial and operation functions following Glendon’s formation in 2013.

Prior to Glendon, Dave spent 11 years with Barclays Capital serving in a number of roles including as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barclays Asset Management Group, the General Manager of Barclays Bank PLC Los Angeles Agency, Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Barclays Asia Pacific Emerging Markets Trading division, based in Singapore and a business manager for European credit trading, based in London. Dave also worked for Credit Suisse and Deloitte earlier in his career.

Dave graduated with a BSc (Econ) in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom (1997), and was admitted as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (2001).
