Kelli Finnegan

Senior Vice President, Operational Due Diligence at HarbourVest Partners

Kelli has over 25 years’ experience in the private equity industry. She joined HarbourVest in 2004 and has oversight of the global operational due diligence (ODD) team evaluating potential and existing investments. Kelli also oversees the corporate vendor management program.

She initially started her career at HarbourVest in the fund accounting team, as Vice President, Senior Fund Controller, providing quarterly and annual reports to investors, managing the year-end audits and coordinating the SOC 1 internal control process. Kelli’s prior experience includes accounting management roles at BISYS and PwC focusing on private equity and venture capital clients. She also worked at Fleet Bank in their internal audit team.

Kelli received a BS in Accounting from Providence College in 1994.
