Dr. Nannette Hechler-Fayd’herbe is Bank Lombard Odier CIO EMEA and Head of Investment Strategy, Sustainability and Research.

Prior to joining Lombard Odier, Nannette served as CIO EMEA and Head Economics & Research in the Wealth Management division of Credit Suisse. As a voting member of the Credit Suisse global investment committee, Nannette took direct influence on the investment decisions for the bank’s discretionary and advisory solutions and shaped the thematic investment framework of Credit Suisse.

Among her other professional engagements, Nannette was a board member of the Credit Suisse pension fund Switzerland and a board member of the International Capital Markets Association for several years. More recently, she served on the Advisory Boards of the Economics Departments of the University of Zurich and the University of St Gallen in Switzerland.

Nannette is passionate about economic policy, financial markets, and the management and preservation of wealth. She believes in simple and straightforward investment communication as a means of engaging people with their finances. Nannette holds a PhD from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland and is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris, France. She is married, a mother of two adult children and a keen high-sea sailor.
