Alex Rodriguez is widely regarded as one of the greatest baseball players of all time, with a 20 year career that includes 14 All-Star appearances and three American League MVP Awards and a World Championship in 2009 with the New York Yankees. Mr. Rodriguez has also begun to use his extensive knowledge of baseball off the field as a color commentator for FOX Sports. He received critical praise for his commentating throughout the 2015 playoffs and World Series.

Perhaps less widely known, Mr. Rodriguez is the Founder and CEO ofA- ROD Corp, a private holding company with businesses in the U.S. and LatinAmerica. Under his leadership, Mr. Rodriguez has turned A-ROD Corp into

a significant investment vehicle focusing on several growth sectors including real estate, high-end fitness centers, and automotive dealerships. His long-term vision, coupled with his ability to bring highly experienced management teams together and his willingness to raise capital, has built a track record of positive returns for investors and partners.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Rodriguez actively pursues specific philanthropic initiatives. A primary focus is the Boys and Girls Club where he spent his youth and where he has dedicated the last 20 years volunteering, supporting, and helping to create life-changing environments for at-risk youth and under-served communities.

Alex Rodriguez currently serves on the board of the Boys and GirlsClub of Miami-Dade. Mr. Rodriguez is also a Board ofTrustee member at the University of Miami (UM), where the baseball stadium isnamed after him and where he started a scholarship for Boys and Girls Clubalumni to pursue their undergraduate degrees. Additionally, he holds anhonorary UM degree.

Prior to his career with the Yankees, Mr. Rodriguez played shortstop for the Seattle Mariners (1994- 2000) and the Texas Rangers (2001-2003). In 1993, he was drafted as the #1 pick directly into the major leagues after graduating in 1993 from Westminster Christian School in Miami, Florida.
