Khaldoun Al-Tabtabaie is the Deputy CEO for IT at Kuwait Clearing Company, which is the central clearing, settlement, depository and registrar entity for the Kuwaiti Securities Market.

He also heads the strategy team at KCC and is a member of the CMA tri-lateral committee for market development and planning.

He holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in MIS from the George Washington University, USA and a Diploma in Financial Market Operations from the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) & University of Reading, UK.

Khaldoun has 20 years of experience in Financial Market Operations, IT and Project Management.
