Luca Formica is partner of Ludovici & Partners LLP since its foundation and he coordinates the London office. Before joining the firm, he worked with Maisto e Associati for seven years, the last four in the London office, and previously with another leading international tax firm for over three years. He advises mainly on taxation of individuals, tax planning for high net wealth individuals, trusts and foundations, especially in cross border contexts, taxation of financial instruments and financial transactions as well as corporate and group taxation, M&A and business restructuring.

He graduated with Laude in Law and Business Administration at Bocconi University. He is admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants in Avellino and he is Chartered Tax Adviser and Recognised Qualified Accountant in England and Wales.
