Simon Milne is the CFO of ISPT, which is the trustee for four property funds with approximately A$20.0 billion in assets with investments in retail, commercial and logics real estate property in Australia.

Simon has been with ISPT since 2018 and is responsible for the finance, procurement, insurance, treasury, tax and valuations functions.
Simon has a combined 30 years of corporate treasury, financial risk management and investment banking experience, having worked at Transurban, Crown Resorts Limited and Melbourne Airport, and senior leadership roles in corporate and investment banking in Australia and America. Simon has demonstrated experience developing and executing financial, fund raising and transformation strategies to drive business growth across global markets.
