ORSA Simulation Workshop

An interactive simulation of ORSA, looking at how to build scenario based strategies, how to innovate your ORSA processes and ultimately report efficiently. The nitty gritty of ORSA is something that not everyone is up to speed with. In this simulation the leader will work on a number of different scenarios and question the accuracy of your current strategy for risk management, how you build your risk profile and produce ORSA reports.
