Profile

Jan-Hendrik Erasmus is Executive Board Member and Chief Financial Officer of Athora Netherlands. Prior to joining Athora Netherlands in 2022, he was the Group Chief Risk Officer and Member of the Management Board of Aviva plc (2020-2022) and NN Group (2016 – 2020) respectively. During this time, he also chaired the CRO forum for one year. Before working in the insurance industry, Jan-Hendrik was a Partner and head of the UK Insurance practice of Oliver Wyman.

Jan-Hendrik Erasmus holds an Executive MBA (with distinction) from London Business School (United Kingdom) and a degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Pretoria (South Africa).
