Lin Qu is the Director of Linvestment Management Ltd, an independent consultancy firm specializing in insurance balance sheet management, investment solutions, (re)insurance transactions, and risk management.

Previously, Lin was the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Legal and General Reinsurance, overseeing investments and contributing to the development of reinsurance transactions. Before this role, Lin served as Vice President at BlackRock’s London office, managing LDI, fiduciary OCIO, and non-linear portfolios for segregated insurance and pension fund clients.

Prior to her time at BlackRock, Lin worked at ING Investment Management as the lead investment manager for global derivative and overlay hedging portfolios. Before that she worked at AEGON Group, focusing on pricing insurance products and market risk management as a risk manager.
