Andrew Cross is the Managing Director of Cross Risk Consulting, a specialist risk consulting practice based in London, specialising in enterprise risk, risk analytics, and climate risk. In addition, Mr Cross is the Strategic Risk Advisor to the TCS Banking and Financial Services Risk Consulting team in UK and Europe with focus on the transformation of risk organisations, regulatory change, and climate risk.

Previously, Mr Cross was the Director of Financial Risk & Analytics at NatWest in London, where he delivered insights and analysis that shaped and supported the bank's strategy. Mr Cross was also responsible for NatWest Group’s credit and non-trading risk models and developing advanced risk analytics, including climate risk modelling.

Mr. Cross has spent the majority of his career leading enterprise risk and risk enabling activities at major international banks. This followed qualifying as a Chartered Accountant after graduating in Mathematics from Cambridge.
