James is Baringa’s global climate risk lead, leading their work with banks and investors on climate risk initiatives. He also leads Baringa’s relations with regulators, globally, on climate and sustainability topics. He co-led the design and implementation of the climate scenario model that is now at the heart of Baringa’s strategic partnership on climate analytics with BlackRock. James is an accomplished financial services risk and treasury practitioner with over 20 years’ experience of building tools and processes. Before joining Baringa in 2014, he led Group Risk Analytics for Barclays and Credit Portfolio Risk Management for Barclays Investment Bank
