Johannes has 15 years of experience in financial services, with stints at PwC in Luxembourg, London and Frankfurt. His focus is on advising GSIBs and internationally active banks on regulation, risk management and strategy.

Over the last seven years, Johannes has predominantly worked on Risk function transformation, and sustainability. Key experiences include engagements to review/design Risk functions, cost management and design of frameworks and the analytical toolkit to embed climate risk in enterprise risk management frameworks.

In 2018 and 2021, he co-led PwC’s global survey of Risk functions covering GSIBs and large internationally active banks.
