Abhik Das is a Partner at Three Hills Capital Partners, an investment house with a focus on providing flexible capital solutions to entrepreneur-led businesses in the middle market. Based in New York, he oversees Three Hills’ investment and business development activities in North America. As a Swiss-American national, he also covers Switzerland and Germany. Prior to joining Three Hills in 2022, Abhik was the Head of Private Credit at Golding Capital Partners, where he was responsible for all private credit fund and co-investments and also a member of the Global Investment Committee. Prior to that, Abhik was a Partner in the Private Debt Group of BlueBay Asset Management in London (now Arcmont Asset Management), where he was responsible for investing in businesses across Europe. Before that, he worked in the Principal Finance team at Macquarie. He started his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers in London.

Abhik graduated from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland with an M.A. in Law and Economics and also holds a dual CEMS MIM Master’s in International Management degree from ESADE Barcelona and the University of St. Gallen.
