Dr. Christoph Gort is a founding partner at SIGLO Capital Advisors AG. SIGLO advises institutional investors in Switzerland on alternative investments including insurance-linked strategies (“ILS”), private debt, drawdown management and impact investing in private markets. SIGLO was founded in 2010, is FINMA regulated and has approx. USD 3bn AuM/AuA. Before co-founding SIGLO, Christoph was the Head of Fund of Hedge Funds Research at Harcourt Investment Consulting AG. He started his career at the City of Zurich Pension Fund in 2003, covering active and alternative investment strategies. He has published various academic papers and articles in the areas of overconfidence, active management, alternative investments and pension funds.
