Mr. Lavoie is a Managing Director of Crescent Credit Europe LLP focusing on Credit Solutions. He is a member of the global Investment Committee and received the 2021 CEO’s Award of Excellence. Prior to joining Crescent in 2004, Mr. Lavoie was with Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (“CDPQ”) where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of leveraged assets as well as CLOs and LBO fund investments. Mr. Lavoie also managed CDPQ’s European Leveraged Finance unit in Paris, France. From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Lavoie was in commercial banking with Scotiabank. Mr. Lavoie received his MBA from HEC Montreal in Canada and his BA from Laval University in Canada.
