Maike brings along a deep understanding of the operational and financial set-up of venture capital funds. Prior to becoming a partner at Magnetic, Maike has been Head of Investor Relations & Fund Finance at Project A Ventures and Director at Brightpoint, Germany’s top tier VC/PE fund administrator and fund of fund / SPV manager, leading her team in advising several VC funds in a ‘CFO-as-a-service’ role. Before entering the VC ecosystem, Maike worked as a strategic consultant, advising European large-scale innovation projects. She is the co-initiator of an active CFO / Operating Partner network in Germany. Maike holds a Diploma in Business Economics from the University of Hamburg and an M.Sc. in European Studies from Free University Berlin.
