Marcello Distaso is one of the founding partners at Van Campen Liem and divides his time between the Luxembourg and the Amsterdam offices. He has over 20 year experience in assisting asset managers in structuring their deals and operations. His main field of expertise include structuring and negotiating investment funds as well as primary and secondary fund investments and co-investment structures. He regularly lectures on investment funds and tax related topics at the University of Leiden (LL.M. in Tax) and the IBFD. He is ranked in Chambers Europe both for Tax and Investment Funds in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
