Signe joined Heartcore Capital in 2019 as the first female partner and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to her move into venture capital, she worked at French oil company Total, where she was deputy managing director and commercial lead in Kenya. Before that, Signe spent almost 6 years as legal counsel to Maersk Oil - supporting operations, international contracts and M&A. Prior to her operational roles, she worked as an M&A lawyer with Kromann Reumert, one of the leading Danish law-firms. At Heartcore, Signe leads the fund's operations and strategic initiatives, focusing largely on their legal processes and day-to-day operations - she supports the investment team in the execution of all transactions, and drives most of our internal processes.
