Steven is a managing associate at Argo Law, a transaction and advisory boutique that is well reputed for a.o. its in-depth knowledge of the private equity industry as well as its fund structuring, debt finance and capital markets work. His practice focuses on financial law and regulations (including funds regulations) and debt financing. He has extensive experience advising investment funds and their managers, investment advisors and payment institutions on applicable regulatory framework and regularly publishes on the subject.
