Richard ChangSenior Director, Infrastructure Investments at PSP Investments
Richard Chang is a Senior Director, at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). With over 20 years of experience in finance and investment, Richard has deep industry knowledge and expertise in the transportation sector, specifically ports, airports, and roads. After joining PSP Investments in 2015, he was instrumental in leading the team responsible for PSP Investments’ first investment in the land registry sector in Australia.
Prior to joining PSP Investments, Richard spent seven years with The Carlyle Group in New York in their Infrastructure team, five years with Lazard in London in their Financial Institutions Team and six years with National Australia Bank in Melbourne
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from Monash University, a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from the University of Oxford, a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
