Terrence M. Mullen is Co-Founder and Partner of Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm that invests in specialty industrial and healthcare companies that are typically U.S. headquartered and global in scope of business. Arsenal Capital Partners operates out of New York City and has 36 investment professionals.
Arsenal has raised $2.975 billion of equity capital since inception and currently controls 14 portfolio companies. Arsenal invests in mid-market companies, typically $100 – 500 million in enterprise value, where Arsenal’s range of industry expertise, operating resources, and investment skills can enable companies to achieve substantially high growth and profitability.
Prior to co-founding Arsenal Capital Partners in 2000, Mr. Mullen was a principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners, a $20 billion private equity firm in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee in 1992, Mr. Mullen also worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co.
Mr. Mullen received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
