Yoko Sugita is a Partner at Phronesis Partners and brings over 15 years of experience in private equity investments. Joining Phronesis in 2015, she has played a pivotal role in portfolio companies such as T.N. Inc., FLAVA Inc., and Biewmind Inc. Her responsibilities encompass investment assessment, execution, and ongoing support throughout the investment period. This includes aiding management teams in areas like growth strategy development, implementing and enhancing management control, and facilitating additional acquisitions.
Prior to her tenure at Phronesis, Yoko was part of the buyout investments team at Advantage Partners, and before that, engaged in audits and financial advisory services at BDO Seidman and KPMG Azusa & Co. She holds a degree in Economics from Keio University and is a Certified Public Accountant in both Japan and the USA.
