Bader has a career of 15+ years working with boards and senior management teams to deliver measurable improvements in profitability, liquidity and long-term financial stability. At AlixPartners, he works with private equity and corporate clients to develop robust investment strategies and design and deliver value creation agendas across their portfolios. Bader has worked on some of the largest transformation projects in the region predominantly in industrial manufacturing sectors and aviation. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Bader spent 10 years in investment banking and private equity.
