Karthik is a Co-founder and Partner at SeaLink Capital Partners (SCP). He leads the firm’s healthcare investments, operational value creation projects and ESG efforts. At SCP, Karthik has been integrally involved in the investments in Global Dental, THB, Ki Mobility, Surya Hospitals and NephroPlus.

Karthik has 20 years of experience across investing and operations. Prior to co-founding SCP in 2015, Karthik was at KKR Capstone, where he was involved with due-diligence and operations improvement projects across investments in India including Alliance Tires, TVS Logistics, and Dalmia Cement. He also co-led KKR’s Green Portfolio Program across Asia. Prior to that, Karthik was at Bain & Company where he was part of the India founding team. He has also spent time with Goldman Sachs Investment Partners and started his career at Capital One Financial.

Karthik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
