Madison Elkhazin is an investor and Head of Capital Markets at Georgian, an AI-focused growth equity firm investing in B2B software companies that harness the power of data in a trustworthy way. Madison started her career at Georgian on the investment team where she focused on sourcing, deal selection, due diligence, and post-investment board governance. As Head of Capital Markets, she leads Georgian's co-invest, secondaries, and global fundraising strategies. Prior to joining Georgian, Madison was a product manager and digital transformation consultant with Deloitte's Digital practice. Despite graduating university with a BSc. in Biomedical Sciences, Madison has always worked in the B2B software space and now spends her time designing private equity fund strategies while building relationships with capital allocators across the globe.
