George is a Managing Director at ARA Europe and the Head of Origination for the firm’s European commercial real estate debt strategy.

George joined ARA Europe in 2014, shortly after inception of the firm’s commercial real estate debt activities in 2013. Since then, George and the team have deployed more than €4.0bn in commercial real estate loans over 90+ transactions across Western Europe, supporting core, value add and opportunistic business plans across all real estate asset classes via senior, whole loan and mezzanine deal formats, with zero realised losses. ARA Europe’s commercial real estate debt strategy is funded through a series of discretionary fund vehicles and other institutional managed accounts.
