Exhibitors and Sponsors: Below is information and links that will help you prepare for the 2018 SR US West event coming up in San Francisco.
Event Schedule
Exhibitors may not set up or tear down outside of the specified times without approval from Show Management
Please note that the exhibition runs from Monday-Wednesday this year.

Exhibitor Build Up:
From 5pm – 6pm Sunday, February 11th, 2018
Exhibitor Break Down:
From 3:30pm – 4:30pm on Wednesday, February 14th, 2018
Booth Space
Your SR US West exhibitor space includes:
- a 3m x 2m space, one table with a cloth
- two chairs
- one power cord
You will need to order (NOT included with your booth):
- Audio/Visual services
- Additional furniture
Shipping
All packages must be sent directly to the Four Seasons San Francisco.
Materials and exhibition stands can be sent to the hotel no earlier than Friday, February 9th.

Remember – it is your responsibility to arrange for items to be picked up at the end of the event. The hotel will collect all packages and ship them. Please have return labels on packages. Items need to be collected by the end of Wednesday, February 14th.
Registration
You are entitled to a certain number of complimentary registration passes per your agreement. If you are unsure how many passes you have used or what comes with your package, please contact Shea Hochenberger (Shea.Hochenberger@KNect365.com).
Your Complimentary Passes:
To register your passes, please use the Exhibitor Registration Portal below:
- Enter the full contact details of each of your attendees and click submit to complete the registration.
- You will need to go back to the link above for each attendee's registration.
- Please do not exceed your allotted number of passes, please refer to your sponsorship agreement for your number of allotted passes.
- Speakers will automatically be registered, so please do not use your allotments to register speakers.
- If you have any changes to your registered passes, please email these changes to Shea.Hochenberger@KNect365.com.
Additional Passes:
As a partner, you are entitled to purchase additional passes at a group discount. To inquire about purchasing additional passes, please contact gf-registrations@knect365.com
