Sammy’s experience spans across project management, productivity, strategy, and personal development. A career intrapreneur, he created each of his positions at Novartis Pharma and Merck & Co., heading organizations in Canada, Europe, and globally across all regions, where he drove the strategy and led transformation programs as Head of Global Productivity and Procurement Strategy.

Co-founder of The Beyond Group AG in Switzerland, Sammy is a recognized thought leader on capability building and talent development. He is a Lebanese and Canadian citizen, holds a degree in Architecture, an executive MBA from UQAM (Canada), and serves as Corporate Partner – Research & Education with the Technical University of Dortmund (Germany).
