Over the last 18 years, Aditi has worked with a variety of businesses across various sectors including financial services, natural resources/renewables, technology/media and global supply chains involving goods and services. Aditi specialises in advising clients on resolving VAT disputes with HMRC – this includes negotiations, mediation and litigation. In relation to VAT disputes, Aditi has supported clients in negotiations with HMRC through means of Alternative Dispute Resolution, she has also advised clients when taking VAT cases through the courts.
