Dilpesh Topiwala is Vice President of Tax for IHG Hotels and Resorts. In his role at IHG, Dilpesh leads the Americas tax region, focusing on building high performing and inclusive teams, overseeing tax compliance and tax reporting, tax controversy, risk management, audit resolution, tax policy lobbying, executing on the global tax strategy, tax transformation projects, aligning tax with IHG’s ESG strategy, and implementing complex reorganizations and cross border mergers and acquisitions.

Dilpesh has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Master of Accounting and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. Dilpesh is a CPA in the State of Florida and the State of Georgia and is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.

Dilpesh is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable Tax Policy Advisory Committee and a member of Steering Committee for the Atlanta branch of the International Fiscal Association.
