Margaret has more than 15 years of experience as an economist and specializes in consulting related to worldwide transfer pricing issues. She has helped clients design and implement new transfer pricing policies, provided assistance during APA negotiations, and presented successful arguments to the IRS during transfer pricing audits. She is also experienced in the valuation of intangible assets and the application of statistical methods and econometric analysis. Prior to joining Moody’s, Margaret was a member of Big Four and multi-national transfer pricing practices, taught university courses in economics and finance, and worked in France for SchlumbergerSema (now Atos SE). She received a Ph.D. degree and a master’s degree in economics from North Carolina State University, a master’s degree in international business studies and French (MIBS) from the University of South Carolina, a Language and Business Certificate from ESCP Europe, and a BBA degree with a major in Finance from the University of Georgia.
