Sameer is the Global Director of Transfer Pricing at CNH Industrial, a global leader in the capital goods sector with over 63,000 employees and operations all over the world. Sameer is responsible for all aspects of transfer pricing including planning, controversy and compliance. Prior to joining CNH Industrial, Sameer was the Global Director of Transfer Pricing at HP Inc. Before joining HP, Sameer was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Service practice. In 20 years as a transfer pricing professional, Sameer has lived and worked in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany and India, managing complex transfer pricing issues across multiple jurisdictions and providing strategic/practical advice to corporate leadership.
