Sean McNama is a Partner of the firm’s global transfer pricing practice, assisting organizations with transfer pricing advisory, planning, audit, dispute resolution and general compliance assistance. Sean has worked with both owner-managed businesses looking to expand to new jurisdictions, as well as publicly listed global companies with group revenues in excess of $1 billion. He also brings in-depth insights from a range of industries, including consumer and industrial markets, real estate, financial services, and emerging technology. Sean is recognized for his pragmatic approach to transfer pricing, his attentiveness to client needs, and his commitment to providing his clients with unique solutions catered to their specific needs. Sean leads RSM’s Operational Transfer Pricing practice in North America. Current engagements are focused on operational transfer pricing policy rationalization and simplification, automation and governance of existing transfer pricing policies, and documentation of governance approaches / best practices / and other similar operational documents. Sean recognizes operational needs of implementing transfer pricing study findings vary. He focuses on understanding your needs and wants, with the goal of collaboration on an improved approach to governance and path forward to mitigate your transfer pricing risk.
